Program Details

Phase 1

The program starts by offering each participant access to a Stress and Well-being assessment. This scientifically developed assessment tool gives you a snapshot of your current level of well-being and stress management.

Phase 2

Attend the workshop-style training which is flexible in structure (90 minutes weekly for 6 weeks or one full day). Can be conducted online or in-person at the venue of your choice. Each participant will be provided with a workbook for an interactive and engaging experience.

Phase 3

4-6 Weeks after the workshop, a second assessment will be conducted to document the changes that occurred throughout the transformative process.
